Not recommended

I would not recommend their office -- their office suggested a procedure and they said it was approved by the insurance company - found out that it was not - temp cap lasted one day and was not covered by the insurance company -- cost me over $300 for a one day temp cap, and lots of pain. Their office would not work with me once it was discovered that the ins company would not cover any part of the procedure.
